A certain fuel stockpile is required in order to operate a pellet boiler. A pellet tank, which often only needs to be filled with bulk product from the pellet tanker once per year, is a comfortable solution.
The boiler is automatically filled with pellets from the reservoir tank via the screw conveyor. The boiler’s control unit controls the entire filling process such that the operator only needs to ensure timely ordering for the next filling.
KÜNZEL offers necessary warehouse and transport accessories for the most varying wishes and local requirements: Whether tailored sack silos or on-site warehouse space, whether conveyor coils for short or long transport routes – You’ll find the complete assortment in the KÜNZEL program.
The left image shows a sack silo, available in sizes ranging from 1.5m³ to 30m³. It can be set up in the heating room right next to the pellet boiler. The right image shows storage space created on-site. The sloped side walls of both storage systems ensure that the pellets slide down to the intake of the conveyor tube through their own weight. See our planning portfolio for more details on pellet storage and transport.
